Position
The Dublin San Ramon Services District is recruiting a full‑time Water/Wastewater Systems Supervisor for the Field Operations Division.
Responsibilities- Organize and oversee operations, maintenance, and repair of potable water, recycled water, and wastewater collection facilities.
- Provide direct and general supervision of technical and maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and District policies.
- Perform special project work related to capital improvements and private development.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with water distribution and/or wastewater collection systems.
- At least 2 years supervising or leading staff in field operations.
- Strong leadership skills, coaching, mentoring, and training experience.
- Experience with underground construction and repairs related to water and wastewater systems.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Class C Driver’s License (state of California).
- California SWRCB Water Distribution Operator Grade D5 certification.
- California SWRCB Water Treatment Operator T2 certification.
- California CWEA Wastewater Collection System Maintenance Grade II certification at appointment and Grade III within one year.
