Hours:
Day 7:00am- 7:00pm
- Night 7:00pm – 7:00am $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPN
LPN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while working collaboratively with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.
- Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
