Dishwasher – Out West Restaurant Group

Salary: $16.50-$19.00 per hour. Final date to receive applications: 12/31/2025.

As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of dishes and small wares, trash disposal, linen bag removal, and ensuring items meet wash temperature criteria. You will support the restaurant’s dining experience by providing clean plates and silverware.

• Maintaining organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils.
• Practicing food safety and sanitation.
• Restocking kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift.
• General cleaning of the restaurant.
• Pace and organization of dish execution.
• Clear understanding of how the dish machine runs, including chemical components.
• Procedures for changing water and chemicals as needed.
• Keeping floors, plates and smallwares clean.
• Inspects food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations.
• Corrects unsafe practices or conditions and notifies management.

• 1+ year BOH experience in full‑service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Team player.
• Must be available for a variety of opens, swings and closes.
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs.
• Vision abilities: distance, close, color, depth, peripheral; ability to adjust focus.
• Regular use of hands to handle objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
