Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and setting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Implement processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and ensuring inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operations affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about total store resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services, including back-up cashier duties and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking, packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while following applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

Requirements & Capabilities

• Able to handle cash operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions; exposure to elements while performing duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Mobility required for scheduled shift duration.
