We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Merchandising Assistant to join our Merchandising team. This individual will work with Buyers and Assistant Buyers along with internal and external partners to execute the merchandising objectives of the company.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities- Ensure timely delivery of the merchandise through consistent communication and follow up with the vendor, distribution centers, and the merchandising and allocation team
- Complete order entry
- Manage promo and pricing forms
- Manage purchase order process on a weekly basis
- Sample management
- Assist with the preparation of purchase orders
- Communicate issues to product development and design
- Support the merchandising end-to-end process
- Participates in executing the pricing strategy
- Additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Fashion Merchandising or similar preferred
- One year of administration and data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Consistent demonstration of professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity
- Motivated and able to work well independently, as well as an effective member of a team
- Ability to multi-task and provide timely follow up
- Ability to build solid relationships with teammates and business unit leaders
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin California office.

The starting rate for this position is $22.00 per hour – $29 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.
