Service Technician

Dublin Auto Care is seeking a Service Technician to provide reliable onsite maintenance and repair support in Dublin, CA.

The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and completing service tasks efficiently and safely. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring service work is accurate, timely, and well-documented.

Working onsite in Dublin, CA, the Service Technician will collaborate with internal teams to understand service needs, follow established procedures, and maintain high standards of workmanship.

• Diagnose equipment and system problems using troubleshooting techniques and established service procedures

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and inspections to ensure proper performance and reliability

• Complete service work orders accurately, including documenting findings, parts used, and outcomes

• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable standards and company policies

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service status, recommendations, and next steps

• Relevant hands-on experience performing service, maintenance, or repair work

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to read and follow service instructions, procedures, and technical documentation

• Proficiency in working safely around equipment and adhering to safety practices

• Reliable attendance and the ability to manage time effectively in an onsite environment

• Experience in a customer-facing service role or similar fieldwork capacity

• Demonstrated experience with preventive maintenance and inspection routines

• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or related service disciplines

• Prior experience working with service scheduling, work orders, and service documentation

• Experience communicating technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner

Hourly rate: $35.00 - $55.00
