Looking for a job where you can have fun while making a real difference? Join our energetic and supportive team at Kaleidoscope Community Adult Program! As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support up to three adults with developmental disabilities as they explore and engage in their community. Every day is different as you help participants build independence, social skills, and confidence while enjoying activities they choose.

- Local attractions, restaurants, and much more!
You'll work alongside a large, collaborative team of over 20 staff members who are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for the people we support. This is a fast-paced, active position that's perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community rather than sitting behind a desk.
