Senior Aquatics Manager

Overview

American Swim Academy is hiring in the East Bay! We are looking for a dynamic career-oriented Senior Operations Manager to join our senior management team in Dublin. Must have aquatics and service-driven management experience.

Schedules:
Tuesday - Saturday. Join our team today!

• Responsible for assisting in the management and training of all school staff. Comprehensive training program for all candidates. Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
• Must be willing to teach swim lessons.

• Must have aquatics and service-driven management experience.
• Must have prior swim instruction experience.

Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Quarterly Bonus: earned based on revenue achievement*

American Swim Academy has been teaching the Bay Area to swim since 1973. Our goal is to promote water safety, comfort, and stroke technique for all ages and all abilities. Year-round and small class ratios offer personalized instruction, 7 days a week. Our indoor pools are heated to a comfortable 92° and have been designed specifically for swim instruction.

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school.
