Requirements Essential Functions- Processes Farmers Repairs and Reimbursements and prepares a list of invoices to submit to Accounts Payable prior to reimbursing stores. Reconciles replacements charged to the Glass Agency.
- Verifies customer and product qualifications under current service plan. Verifies service center as an authorized representative for the company; issues repair authorization or deny repair request under service plan.
- Processes claims for payment, including preparing and cutting checks; sends claim rejections to service centers as appropriate.
- Review claims for completeness; works within the Farmers Product Quality Assurance (PQA) System. Make cold calls to Service Plan centers.
- Produces Claims Analysis Quarterly and Yearly, Works with Service Center on questions, issues, and payment research.
- Operates a personal computer and other office equipment as necessary to complete essential functions, to include Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, Database, and other system software.
- Maintains accurate administrative records to ensure timely processing and compliance with company policies.
- Supports overall customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality and accuracy of repair and reimbursement processes.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with Microsoft 365
- Experience in processing claims, reimbursements, or service plans preferred.
- Proficiency in computerized recordkeeping and payment systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Associate’s degree in business administration or related area; with (2) years of experience in customer service, computer data entry, or service-related environment; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skill, and abilities for this job.
