As Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the full mechanical scope on a major hyperscale development, ensuring world-class delivery across safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance. This is a high-impact position for someone ready to operate at senior leadership level with significant future progression.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the complete mechanical package on a major hyperscale data centre

• Oversee installation quality, programme performance, safety compliance, and commercial tracking

• Drive sequencing, productivity, and delivery across all phases of mechanical installation

• Manage interfaces with design teams, commercial teams, the client, and specialist subcontractors

• Lead technical reviews, resolve engineering challenges, and ensure design accuracy

• Produce structured reporting to project leadership and senior management

• Support commissioning readiness, SAT/FAT coordination, and final handover

About You
• 5–10+ years’ experience delivering mechanical packages on data centre or mission-critical projects

• Strong background with major contractors (MEP/data centre/industrial/advanced manufacturing)

• Deep technical understanding of chilled water systems, HVAC, AHUs, pipework, plant rooms, mechanical distribution, etc.

• Strong leadership with the ability to influence teams and drive delivery

• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills

• Based in Dublin with ability to travel occasionally to European project sites
