Substitute CNA​/PCA - Home Care​/Office - DUBLIN, GA

We Are Seeking Compassionate and Dedicated Substitute Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).

• Fill in open shifts for home care clients, ensuring they receive the essential care they need.
• Train new PCAs and CNAs, preparing them to excel in their roles and provide high-quality care.
• Assist in office operations, including recruiting, staffing, answering phones, and filing paperwork.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with at least one year of experience and/or a Person Care Assistant (PCA) with at least two years of experience.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working on computers, especially client scheduling software

We are seeking a full time "substitute" CNA or PCA to fill-in for shift openings for home care clients in the Dublin, Mount Vernon, Soperton, and surrounding areas. When not filling assignments, the substitute CNA/PCA will assist in office operations, which may include recruiting, staffing, answering phones and/or filing paperwork. The substitute CNA/PCA will also assist in training new PCAs/CNAs for new assignments.

Candidates must be motivated and compassionate, "self starters" with strong communication skills.

• Personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report client health and safety issues

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older

We accept caregivers with any of the following credentials or qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Motor Vehicle History
• Employee Physical
• TB Test
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Driver's license
• Valid car insurance
• Must be willing to clock in and out using electronic verification systems
• Must be willing to fill-in for assignments of clients
  • Dublin, Soperton, Mount Vernon and other surrounding areas (if needed)
• Full time position
