Description:

Position is needed due to a current staffing shortfall.

The schedule requires on-site coverage including call, weekends, and nights.

Average daily census is approximately 110 patients with 15-20 admissions.

The rounding responsibilities include about 16-18 patients per day.

This position does not require ICU rounding.

There is no call involved in this role.

Support staff is available to assist with patient care.

Procedures and vent management are not required.

Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced work environment.

Expectations include collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.

The role is integral to maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
