Prepare machines and tooling for upcoming production runs.
Verify setups meet quality specifications and production targets.
Troubleshoot setup-related issues to reduce downtime and stabilize processes.
Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely during changeovers.
Interpret production documents, setup sheets, blueprints, and work instructions.
Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership to meet goals.
Recommend and implement improvements that reduce setup times and boost productivity.
Assist in training operators and fellow setup personnel.
Maintain 7S, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times.
What You Bring3+ years in manufacturing, stamping, metal forming, tooling, maintenance, or equipment setup.
Proven ability to perform machine and die changeovers independently.
Fluency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes preferred.
Background in an automotive manufacturing environment preferred.
Familiarity with SAP, production systems, or manufacturing software is a plus.
Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
Why Join Erdrich Stable, fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
