LOCATION: Dublin/Eastman, GA
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines accordingly
- LPN licensed to practice in the state of Georgia
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Experience working in an adult outpatient setting
- Work with physicians, PA’s, and NP’s via Zoom and in clinic.
- Maintain complete, accurate healthcare records and reports.
- Monitor patients for side effects or reactions; perform phlebotomy.
- Document vital signs and psychiatric/medical information.
- Record and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions and responses.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and others.
- Complete prior authorizations and patient assistance applications promptly.
- Return phone calls and answer messages.
- Multitask while providing a high standard of care and working autonomously as part of a team.
