LOCATION: Dublin/Eastman, GA

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines accordingly
• LPN licensed to practice in the state of Georgia
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Experience working in an adult outpatient setting

• Work with physicians, PA’s, and NP’s via Zoom and in clinic.
• Maintain complete, accurate healthcare records and reports.
• Monitor patients for side effects or reactions; perform phlebotomy.
• Document vital signs and psychiatric/medical information.
• Record and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions and responses.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and others.
• Complete prior authorizations and patient assistance applications promptly.
• Return phone calls and answer messages.
• Multitask while providing a high standard of care and working autonomously as part of a team.
• Maintain HIPAA regulations.
