Assess and reassess patient condition. Initiate plan of care. Recognize and report change in condition, evaluate care, update and revise plan of care. Provide safe patient care.

Maintain and apply correct nursing standards and clinical competency including National Patient Safety Goals. Apply critical thinking skills in conjunction with facility policies and procedures to prioritize and problem solve.

Meet the personal and practical needs of the patient and families as described in "Patients First Service". Use appropriate and effective communication skills.

Accepts accountability for completion of assignments, demonstrates reliability and dependability (including compliance with the attendance policy), and utilize time and material cost-effectively. Continue self-development, provide leadership and actively participate in Performance Improvement Activities. Directs others as needed.

Reflects HCA values and its ethical and compliance principles in his/her daily activities (Code of Conduct).

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree
