We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit at Fairview Park Hospital
, a 175+ bed acute‑care facility serving the City of Dublin, Laurens County, and surrounding communities.

Job Summary and QualificationsAs an RN, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with departmental requirements and state/specialty standards. You’ll collaborate with medical providers and the care team, advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, and embody the organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role- Assess patients’ condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care in the patient’s medical record. Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action if an unintended response occurs.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs, and resolve them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex terminology.
- Current RN license.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or CPR certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
