Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental and practice standards. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, compassionate care following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assess patients’ condition during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, and documentation as ordered by providers.
  • Administer medications, monitor responses, and respond to adverse reactions.
  • Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up care, translating complex medical terminology for understanding.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification within 30 days of employment
