• Provide general customer service including taking food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various kitchen stations (e.g., sandwich line, fry station, grill station) depending on the concept.
• Apply proper food safety practices to ensure a fresh and safe product for customers.
• Cross-train in other departments when needed (Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, leadership roles).
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures as required.
