The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise needed.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintaining visual merchandise standards and performing store measurements.
• Completing store and cycle counts for inventories.
• Executing the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hanging store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Performing recovery and review of planogram integrity.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise with equipment, lift overhead, and perform physical activities including standing, kneeling, and climbing.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
