AboutThe Role
As a Truck Salesperson you will be directly responsible for selling new and used medium and heavy-duty trucks in accordance with established profit and customer satisfaction objectives. This position reports to the General Sales Manager.
Responsibilities- Move throughout the lot to demonstrate trucks to customers for several hours during each shift, both indoors and outdoors.
- Climb into trucks for appraisals and test drives.
- Leave the dealership several times a week to buy trucks, meet with customers, and call on prospects.
- Work evening, holiday, and weekend hours as required.
To qualify for our Truck Sales position, you must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information, communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other contacts. Professional appearance and dress. Working knowledge of all makes of trucks. At least one year of experience in a truck sales position.
