The Coordinator will provide Independent Living services, respond to community inquiries, develop local partnerships, participate in outreach, and coordinate with Disability Connections’ Main Office when a person requests equipment, home modifications, transition services, or other organizational assistance.
We are looking for someone who is resourceful, dependable, encouraging, and comfortable building relationships throughout the community. The right person will respect consumer control and understand that people with disabilities should direct their own goals, services, choices, and lives.
