This full-time, on-site role at our Dublin, GA facility reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves daily warehouse operations, including manual labor, forklift operation, and inventory processes.

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Ascenso Tires North America is a leading manufacturer and distributor of truck, agricultural, industrial/construction, and OTR tires. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our Dublin, GA location.

This full-time, on-site role at our Dublin, GA facility will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in daily operations, including manual labor, forklift operation, and managing inventory processes.

• Execute warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Use warehouse management software to track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
• Maintain effective inventory control measures to minimize loss and maximize accuracy.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to create a positive, supportive, and productive work environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.

• Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to lift 50-75 lbs consistently throughout the workday.
