We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our collaborative team in our Dublin, OH office.

Job Description- Ability to review complex corporate, partnership, and individual income tax returns.
- Expertise in managing multiple tax compliance and other client engagements.
- Demonstrate knowledge in tax aspects of business transaction issues.
- Consult with businesses and individual clients on financial and tax planning matters.
- Demonstrate a commitment to business development activities and building relationships in the community.
- Commitment to mentoring accounting and tax team members.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years experience in tax at a public accounting firm
- Must hold an active CPA license or be in the process of completing the CPA exam requirements
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications, Quick Books, and Quick Books online
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics and business conduct
- Ability to evaluate situations and modify behavior accordingly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships through all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates ability to take initiative and exercise time management skills
- Possess good analytical and problem‑solving skills

Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 per year.
