Are you ready to level up your tax career with a company that values your expertise and gives you room to grow? We’re looking for a skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join a dynamic team in Indianapolis and play a key role in driving accurate, compliant, and strategic tax operations.

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Research complex tax issues and provide recommendations to optimize tax strategies.
• Partner with internal accounting and finance teams on planning, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Support audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA‑eligible strongly preferred).
• 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
