Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a solid opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys ownership over core financial processes, with room to grow technical skills in a hybrid role based in Dublin, OH.

• Own monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Analyze account balances and investigate variances, resolving discrepancies proactively
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with reliable, well-documented data
• Assist with audit preparation, pulling together schedules and supporting documentation as needed
• Help identify and implement improvements to close processes and reporting accuracy
• Partner with other departments to ensure financial data stays consistent and reliable
• Provide guidance and review support to less experienced accounting staff

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of general accounting experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP and month-end close procedures
• Comfortable with ERP/accounting systems and strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical instincts
• Able to manage competing deadlines in a hybrid setting
• CPA or progress toward CPA a plus
