Target Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

• Manage project accounting, job costing, and construction contract financials.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts across projects and operations.

• Strengthen internal controls, compliance processes, and financial reporting accuracy.

• Mentor and develop the accounting team while driving process improvements and efficiencies.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required;
Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of accounting experience with construction accounting expertise.

• Experience with job costing, project cost management, and contract accounting.

• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems, preferably Viewpoint/Vista.

• CPA designation preferred.
