• Competitive earnings potential—up to $70,000 annually, depending on experience

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with accuracy and efficiency
• Source and order genuine Mercedes‑Benz parts quickly and correctly
• Maintain organization and flow at the parts counter and in the department
• Build relationships with repeat customers and internal teammates
• Contribute to a culture of reliability, professionalism, and mutual respect
• Other duties per description and as assigned

• Prior experience at a dealership parts counter preferred (Mercedes‑Benz experience a PLUS! but not required)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right
• A team‑oriented mindset—great parts departments are built on trust and communication
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background and drug screen
