• Project Planning and Initiation
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and specific requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies and constructability assessments.
• Project Execution and Management
  • Lead and manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and specialized tradespeople.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the construction process: procurement, scheduling, budget management, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Implement project controls and reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of specialized construction.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure specifications and safety.
• Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives.
  • Provide regular project updates.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and specialized subcontractors.
  • Foster positive working relationships.
• Budget and Financial Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets.
  • Monitor project financials, forecasting, tracking expenses.
  • Collaborate with finance department for reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, focusing on specialized or complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of specialized construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple specialized projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
