High School Spanish Teacher - Veritas Academy
Veritas Academy, a classical Christian school located northwest of Columbus, is seeking a dynamic, Spanish teacher starting in the 26-27 school year, for Spanish I, II, and III. These classes will be held 3 days per week:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with homeschool parents by utilizing one's expertise and faith to instill in students a love of learning about God’s creation, to strengthen critical and creative thinking skills as images of God, and to develop the God-given strengths of each student.
At Veritas Academy, students and teachers enjoy small class sizes, engaged parents, and a university classroom schedule with a maximum of three, onsite instructional days per week.
Qualifications- Personal commitment and pattern of following Christ
- Diligent Bible student in harmony with Veritas Academy Mission and Statement of Faith
- Undergraduate degree and demonstrated expertise/experience in related field
- Skilled communicator capable of organized teaching and classroom management
- Appreciation, understanding, and experience in classical Christian education is highly desirable
