About the Role Estimator:

As an Estimator, you'll be a key part of our preconstruction team—analyzing plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting project success from bid to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints, perform takeoffs, and prepare detailed cost estimates
• Create and maintain BOMs and proposals
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• Assist in preparing budgets and schedules for awarded projects
• Support Project Teams throughout the bid process
• Track actual project costs vs. estimates and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:
  
  4+ years in electrical construction (commercial/industrial preferred)
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED (Post-Secondary Certificate preferred)
• Skills:
  
  Strong math, communication, organization, and time management
• Tools:
  Proficiency in Accubid & other estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and blueprint reading
• License:
  Valid state driver's license
• Work Style:
  Team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
