Bakery Shift Lead Nights and Weekends

Nothing Bundt Cakes - :  [Retail Shift Supervisor] As a Bakery Shift Lead at Nothing Bundt Cakes, you'll:
Coach a team and help to manage a schedule of 12-20 employees, and ensure smooth and efficient operations in both the back and front of house;
Oversee the baking, frosting, utility, crafting and guest service departments, order ingredients and supplies weekly, and spearhead marketing and event efforts;
Complete all required reports accurately including the schedule, satisfaction reports, sales reports, labor reports, etc.
