As an Associate Banker, you will represent our brand and culture, delivering exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

• Deliver a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to all bank policies.

• Put clients first, delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Build trusted relationships, demonstrating genuine care and concern.
• Engage clients, communicating clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail.
• Elevate the client experience, collaborating as a team to deliver seamless service.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience.
