• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting with accuracy and insight
• Build scalable processes, systems, and controls that support ongoing growth
• Partner with leadership to evaluate investments, improve margins, and drive profitability
• Provide clear financial guidance that supports smart, fast decision‑making
• Oversee month‑end close, KPI reporting, and financial performance dashboards
• Lead and develop a collaborative, high‑performing finance and accounting team
• Support strategic initiatives such as capital planning, pricing analysis, and potential M&A activities
• Act as a key business partner to operations, sales, and executive leadership

• Experience as a VP of Finance, Director of Finance, or senior finance leader in a growth‑oriented company
• Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, budgets, and variance analysis
• Proven success improving processes and modernizing financial systems
• Ability to translate complex financials into clear, actionable insights
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on when needed
• Leadership experience developing teams and influencing executive decision‑making
• CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required with the right track record
