Senior Financial Analyst at CFS – Columbus, OH – Full-Time

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

This role is a data-driven finance position focused on turning numbers into strategic insights. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and analysis that informs business decisions.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and long-term planning scenarios
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
• Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly reporting packages to senior leadership
• Support annual planning cycles and ad hoc strategic projects with data-driven analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 4+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience presenting financial data and recommendations to leadership
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and communicate complex data clearly
