We are looking for hair artists to take the next steps in their professional journey — all levels of experience are welcome! Our Hair Artists at PENZONE Salons + Spas will be able to advance through the training program at their own pace, mastering specific skills while working behind the chair at BASE ONE, our training concept salon + spa. Upon completion of the training program, artists will secure a chair at a PENZONE Salon + Spa location.

This program is new and innovative, allowing artists to get behind the chair doing what they love, equipped with the knowledge and skill set necessary for success in the industry.

• Customized training program based on confidence, experience, and existing skill.
• Work behind the chair at PENZONE x BASE ONE with guests paying base service prices.
• Complete learning modules through a mix of hands‑on and online training, with the opportunity to advance after each module.
• Program duration can be as short as 2 months, depending on performance; additional time is available to master skills.
• After program completion, opportunities for promotion through four levels (Stylist, Designer, Director, Senior Director).
