Echo Sonographer (Part-Time) – Mount Carmel, Dublin – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift: Day Shift (Days – Monday through Friday – Hours to be Determined)

Description: Echo Sonographer – Part Time. Perform Echocardiography and/or Vascular diagnostic testing per Accreditation Guidelines. Report preliminary findings for physician interpretation. Operate within the standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines of the organization.

• 24-bay emergency department
• 60 acute inpatient beds
• 4 operating rooms
• Level 1 cardiac capability
• Advanced imaging and other outpatient testing
• Attached MOB
• Community education space and clinic space for Primary Care, Neurology, Cardiology, Vascular, and other specialists

Mount Carmel plans to extend its community health and well-being programs into the Dublin community as well.

• Perform Echocardiography and/or Vascular diagnostic testing per Accreditation Guidelines.
• Report preliminary findings for physician interpretation.
• Function within the standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines of the organization.

• Registered by the ARDMS as an RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist), RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer), or registered by CCI as an RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist).
• BLS certification required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in cardiovascular imaging preferred.
