Capital Health Care Network is hiring a Home Health Aide to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist and perform various personal care services to meet patient needs.

• Provide personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, change bed linens, assist with dressing, skin care, toileting.
• Keep patient’s living area clean and orderly.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals; assist in feeding when necessary.
• Take and record vital signs as ordered.
• Assist in ambulation and exercise; perform range‑of‑motion and other simple procedures as ordered.
• Assist with medication self‑administration.
• Do patient’s laundry as appropriate.
• Meet safety needs and use equipment safely.
• Report patient condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse.
• Adhere to documentation, care procedures, and professional conduct standards.

• Meet training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Self‑directed, can work with minimal supervision.
• Empathy for the ill, injured, frail, and impaired.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Demonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
• Licensed driver with insured automobile in good working order.
