Ketamine Health & Wellness Clinics of Ohio is a leading outpatient psychiatric practice specializing in advanced, evidence‑based treatments for mood disorders. We offer FDA‑approved Spravato® (esketamine) therapy and IV ketamine infusions for treatment‑resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and related conditions. As our clinic continues to expand, we are seeking a Board‑Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient‑centered mental health care and comfortable working in a collaborative, outpatient environment. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medication, and oversee patients receiving Spravato® and IV ketamine therapy in accordance with REMS protocols and clinic standards.

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications as clinically indicated
• Supervise and monitor patients during ketamine and Spravato® treatment sessions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and families about treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system

• PMHNP-BC or PA‑C with psychiatric experience (required)
• Current Ohio licensure in good standing
• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with treatment‑resistant depression, anxiety, or related psychiatric conditions preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
