As our clinic continues to expand, we are seeking a Board‑Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience to join our growing team.
Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will be passionate about patient‑centered mental health care and comfortable working in a collaborative, outpatient environment. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medication, and oversee patients receiving Spravato® and IV ketamine therapy in accordance with REMS protocols and clinic standards.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications as clinically indicated
- Supervise and monitor patients during ketamine and Spravato® treatment sessions
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families about treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
- PMHNP-BC or PA‑C with psychiatric experience (required)
- Current Ohio licensure in good standing
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience with treatment‑resistant depression, anxiety, or related psychiatric conditions preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
