Position: Front Desk Agent (PM SHIFT) | Dublin Springhill Suites

Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity at our 145‑room Dublin Springhill Suites, located in the fast‑growing Bridge Park of Dublin. Assist our guests as they explore historic Dublin and its surroundings during their stay in our modern Spring Hill Suites.

Duties
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Handle guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process all check‑ins and check‑outs according to established hotel requirements.
  • Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
  • Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
  • Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

Provide superior guest services, including processing hotel guest check‑ins and check‑outs courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; and provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co‑workers.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
