Senior Human Resources Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior HR Manager to join a leading organization. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for employee engagement.

• Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Manage HR policies and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance on complex HR issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Oversee benefits administration and compensation programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Support talent development programs, including training and succession planning.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.

Full‑time

$110,000 - $120,000 based on experience
