Air Force One Recruiter – Skilled Trades is an integral part of Air Force One’s recruiting team, contributing to the Company’s growth strategy. Based in our Dublin, OH office, this role serves as a consultative business partner to hiring managers, executing recruiting strategies to achieve high‑volume hiring across the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a full‑life cycle recruiter.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills and the ability to think outside of the box for creative ideas and tools.
• Prior HVAC / Skilled Trades recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
• Travel up to 10‑20% may be required.

• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates throughout the company.
• Conduct proactive needs analysis with hiring managers to establish a hiring plan that meets staffing solutions and high‑volume hiring during peak business demands.
• Maintain candidate log and KPIs for the position.
• Build strong relationships with internal employees to aid in recruiting new associates.
• Promote company values and enable business success through recruitment, career development, performance management, training, and other human resource functions.
• Adapt to changing hiring needs and creatively find candidates to fit those parameters.
• Track recruiting metrics referral source, time to fill, cost per hire, diversity, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.

$65,000‑$70,000 / salary commensurate with skills and experience.
