This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with deep expertise in Java Spring Boot, API & Microservices architecture, cloud-native development (GKE/Kubernetes), integration patterns, event-driven systems, and modern identity management. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on engineer who can lead design and delivery of scalable platforms, champion a data driven continuous learning engineering culture, and drive enterprise and industry standards, ensuring security and compliance, and mentoring engineering teams.

In addition, experience with EDA (Event Driven Architecture) and integrating high throughput (10?s of millions of calls daily), fault tolerant, self healing API infrastructure for mission critical enterprise systems is highly valued, as the platform determines real time product movement decisions in all facets of the supply chain in a secure and scalable way.

• Technical Leadership
  • Lead a team of engineers in designing, building, and deploying scalable, mission critical, enterprise applications.
  • Define and enforce enterprise architecture patterns, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with product managers and architects across multiple applications to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Implement containerized solutions, automated pipelines, and Git Ops principles for deployment and scaling.
• Integration & Event‑Driven Architecture
  • Design and implement integration patterns with third‑party APIs, enterprise systems, and SaaS environments.
  • Build event‑driven and asynchronous solutions leveraging Kafka, Pub/Sub, Google Cloud Functions, or equivalent.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and support high availability.
• Identity & Security
  • Expertise in designing and securing RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Security with OAuth2, API gateway Apigee, Postman
