The Sr. Solutions Architect Collaboration will act as a pre‑sales technical expert and trusted advisor to clients. The role involves working with account executives and engineering teams to design advanced collaboration solutions, develop proposals, and present to clients.

This position requires strong experience with Cisco, Zoom, and/or Microsoft Collaboration portfolios, and the ability to translate client needs into robust technical solutions.

• Provide pre‑sales support for Cisco, Zoom, and Microsoft Collaboration opportunities and solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand infrastructure and business requirements, and recommend suitable collaboration technologies.
• Develop architecture designs, proposals, cost estimates, and statements of work.
• Deliver client presentations (virtual and in‑person) demonstrating solution capabilities and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with account management and technical teams to develop business opportunities.
• Provide consulting expertise for migrating clients from on‑premises to cloud collaboration platforms.
• Stay updated on technology trends, product roadmaps, and partner offerings.
• Conduct ROI/TCO analyses and support business cases for proposed solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (military experience considered).
• 7+ years of total relevant experience.
• Minimum 4+ years’ hands‑on experience with either:
  • Cisco Collaboration (CUCM, Unity Connection, Contact Center Express, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, Flex Licensing/Smart Accounts)
  • Microsoft Collaboration (Teams Meetings, Messaging, Telephony)
  • Zoom Collaboration (Meetings, Messaging, Telephony)
• Minimum 5 years of consulting or pre‑sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud collaboration and migration projects (on‑prem → cloud).
• Foundational understanding of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and client engagement skills.

• Relevant Cisco Collaboration Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE – Voice/Collaboration).
• Experience working with a Systems Integrator or Reseller (preferred).
• Basic exposure to Dev Ops/Automation workflows.
• Knowledge of AI/ML trends in the collaboration domain.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Innovative and enthusiastic approach to solution design.
• Self‑driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Travel:
  Up to 20% within Western/Central U.S.
• Work Setup:
  Hybrid (must reside near Columbus/Dublin, OH).
