About the Role

In this role, your primary focus will be on developing new automations of repetitive manual business processes, allowing your colleagues to work on the core business tasks.

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to identify the right tooling approach, automation opportunities
  • Gather requirements and translate into design artifacts interfacing with other tools when needed
  • Design, develop RPA solutions for chosen process automations
  • Implement advanced use cases and build prototypes
  • Be involved in quality assurance process of these deliverables to ensure smooth deployment and rollout.
  • Maintain RPA processes to ensure flawless operation
  • Establish and manage the solution documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and industry trends

About You

You are a detail‑oriented, responsible and collaborative professional with strong communication skills. You have a passion for automation and a keen eye for identifying process improvement opportunities.

Essential Skills
  • University degree or equivalent experience in a technical role.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a developer, with experience in designing and implementing automation using UiPath or equivalent technology.
  • Hands‑on experience in Python.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of financial products.
  • Microsoft Power Platform experience.
  • Understanding of data modelling principles and SQL.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,700 and EUR 4,500 per month (for a full‑time role). The specific salary offered considers:

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role
  • the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience

In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance‑based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
