We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Customer & Competitive Analytics to join the Tailored Brands Enterprise Analytics team. The Manager, Customer & Competitive Analytics will partner with Marketing, Corporate stakeholders, and senior leadership to define and execute a comprehensive program of customer and competitive analytics. This role will lead analytics across customer behavior and segmentation, customer service and voice-of-customer insights, competitive intelligence, market share, and competitive positioning.

This role will leverage Tailored Brands' rich customer and transactional data to develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, shopping patterns, lifecycle, engagement, and changes over time, identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, frequency, and value. The role will also combine these internal insights with third-party market and competitive data to assess Tailored Brands' position within the market, identify emerging opportunities and threats, and translate complex information into actionable recommendations that drive customer and business performance.

The Manager, Customer & Competitive Analytics will be expected to develop analytical methodologies where established measures do not exist, critically evaluate the quality and limitations of available data, challenge assumptions, and ensure recommendations are grounded in sound analytical thinking. The role requires a strong people leader who can develop and mentor analysts, prioritize work across multiple business needs, and create a culture of curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and high-quality analytical work.

This role will regularly engage with senior executives, including C-suite leaders, and must have the executive presence to distill complex analyses into clear insights, implications, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will also embrace AI and emerging analytics technologies, using them thoughtfully to accelerate analysis, improve productivity, enhance analytical workflows, and uncover new insights while independently validating outputs and applying sound analytical judgment. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, Customer, and Competitive Analytics and is fully remote.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

• Lead a customer analytics practice that leverages customer, transactional, digital, customer service, survey, and other data sources to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers and how their behavior is changing.
• Conduct deep analysis of customer shopping patterns and behaviors, identifying trends and changes in purchase frequency, retention, reactivation, product and category behavior, channel behavior, engagement, tenure, customer value, and other dimensions of customer performance.
• Move beyond reporting what happened to determine why customer behavior is changing, what it means for the business, and what actions Tailored Brands should take as a result.
• Utilize marketing and testing capabilities to develop a playbook of actions designed to improve customer segment performance and measure customer responsiveness.
