An Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Onboarding Functional Lead typically has a blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle's cloud-based recruiting solutions with Retail Experience. Here’s a general profile for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Implementation and Configuration :
Lead the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, ensuring that the system is configured to meet business requirements.
2.  Business Process Analysis :
Analyze current recruiting processes and identify areas for improvement using Oracle solutions.
3.  User Training and Support :
Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.
4.  Stakeholder Collaboration :
Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
5.  System Testing :
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the functionality meets the specified requirements.
6.  Troubleshooting :
Identify and resolve issues related to the recruiting cloud system.
7.  Updates and Enhancements :
Stay updated with Oracle's latest features and enhancements, and recommend upgrades to improve functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1.  Experience :
Significant experience in HR technology, specifically with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar systems.
2.  Functional Knowledge :
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices.
3.  Project Management :
Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
4.  Analytical Skills :
Ability to analyze data and processes to drive improvements.
5.  Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
6.  Problem-Solving :
Strong troubleshooting skills to address system issues and user concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.  Certifications :
Relevant Oracle certifications in Cloud applications.
2.  Technical Skills :
Familiarity with SQL, data migration, and integration with other HR systems.

Experience in change management practices to support system adoption.
