A well-established, full-service law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is selectively adding an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in its litigation and/or corporate practice. Role Overview &Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and memoranda
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel as needed
- Handle electronic court filings and ensure compliance with applicable procedures
- Organize, scan, copy, and format documents for internal and external use
- Assist with client‑related matters by maintaining familiarity with assigned cases
- Enter attorney time into Aderant and support monthly billing processes
- Open and maintain client files within the firm’s document management system
- Prepare expense reports and assist with CRM data maintenance
- Support firm initiatives, events, and team‑based projects as needed
- Collaborate with other legal administrative professionals to ensure seamless coverage
