• Independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution or trial
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions
• Draft, argue, and strategize motions
• Evaluate cases and develop litigation strategy
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular reporting
• Serve as trial counsel when appropriate

• Personal Injury Defense
• Auto Liability / Accidents
• Insurance Coverage & Defense

• 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience
• Active Ohio Bar license (required)
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and make strategic decisions
• Comfortable collaborating within a team-oriented environment
