Property Operations ManagerThe Property Operations Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all Ability Matters properties. This role ensures each home and program site operates smoothly, remains compliant, and reflects the high standards of care that define our organization.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee daily operations and upkeep across all residential and program properties.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions, identify improvements, and document findings.
- Maintain organized records including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and vendor tracking systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and contractors to streamline operations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and safety procedures.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage cost-effective purchasing.
- Support the Housing Department in maintaining organized, comfortable, and welcoming environments.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide weekly billable services to individuals with disabilities, fostering inclusion, independence, and community engagement.
- Preferred 4-year degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities across multiple sites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and maintenance tracking systems.
- Previous experience in facilities coordination, property management, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
