We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Care Team. This full‑time position offers a 12‑hour night shift on the 30‑bed inpatient Med/Surg and Observation unit.

Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift

This position is part of a 3‑person Care Team where you will work alongside a Virtual RN and another bedside caregiver, allowing more time to focus on patient needs. The unit is designed to promote holistic healing and family participation, with daily multidisciplinary rounds and tele‑health support.

• Assess and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients using evidence‑based practice.
• Assist the provider with patient assessment, examinations, and treatments, and perform basic medical procedures under provider supervision.
• Administer medications in accordance with organizational standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Assist in emergency situations as directed by the provider.
• Educate and explain procedures to patients and family members.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and completely.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for care provided and documented by other licensed and unlicensed caregivers.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other team members.
• Basic computer skills; experience with an EMR preferred.
